….A MCDI foi fundada na cidade de São Paulo com o ímpeto de inovar e não ser apenas mais uma construtora. Para isso, reuniu profissionais com experiência e capazes de imergir em cada projeto, analisar com muito critério e oferecer um olhar diferenciado, aliando tecnologia de ponta e expertise técnico com preços competitivos.

E toda essa expertise foi colocada em um novo desafio: a construção de um hangar para a LATAM, em São Carlos-SP. A obra faz parte do projeto LOPA , que visa repaginar todos os aviões da LATAM. O desafio foi transformar uma estrutura industrial convencional que abrigava o antigo Museu do Avião em um hangar. O prédio existente precisou ser parcialmente demolido e adequado para abrigar aeronaves de grande porte.

O hangar construído possui área de 5.000m² cobertos e um pátio externo para aeronaves de 4.000m². A obra foi iniciada em dezembro de 2018, tendo o serviço de construção evoluído paralelamente ao desenvolvimento dos projetos, visando, desta forma, viabilizar o desafio de curto prazo proposto pelo cliente. Para tal, a MCDI utilizou especialistas, coordenou os projetos e, com o apoio de fornecedores com experiência na construção de hangares, conseguiu atingir o objetivo com muita motivação e trabalho de toda a equipe. ..

MCDI was founded in the city of São Paulo with the drive to innovate and not just be a construction company. And all this expertise has been put into a new challenge: building a hangar for LATAM, in São Carlos-SP. The work is part of the LOPA project, which aims to renovate all LATAM airplanes. The challenge was to transform a conventional industrial structure that used to host the old Airplane Museum in a hangar. The existing building needed to be partially demolished and adjusted to shelter large aircraft.

The hangar that was built has a 5,000m² area and an outdoor aircraft area. of 4,000m². The project started in December 2018, with the construction work evolving in parallel to the development of the projects, in order to fulfill the development of the construction with the challenge of customer`s short deadline requested. MCDI counted on specialist professional who managed the projects and seasoned suppliers in the construction of hangars to achieve the goal with a great deal of motivated and offort from the whole team. ….
