It was from this experience, combined with the desire to do things our own way, that we reconnected with a new objective: to create a company guided by long-held shared values.
From this starting point, every detail was carefully considered: from openness to new ideas to the most efficient technical and administrative processes and procedures; from ideal customer service to product quality.
Thus was born Modo Construção e Desenvolvimento Imobiliário S.A., MCDI.
