MCDI is responsible for the construction execution of the AYA Carlos de Carvalho development, in partnership with the developers Invespark and Blue, in the city of Curitiba, Paraná. With a built area of 54,781.50 m², the project is located in a strategic area of the city center, just a few blocks from the Batel neighborhood. The architectural design of the development is signed by Baggio Schiavon Arquitetura.

The development is composed of varied residential units – Studios, Plex, Flex, and Home – with floor areas ranging from 24 to 54 m². With its expertise in construction, MCDI manages the work, ensuring high quality in the execution of the entire scope, which includes common areas such as a Spa with sauna, swimming pool, and a multifunctional gym, establishing AYA Carlos de Carvalho as a new landmark in the capital of Paraná.
