OFFICE
With an area of 1,812.78 m² of renovation, the Retrofit of Cobasi’s office was carried out by MCDI in only 4 months of work. The building located in the Vila Leopoldina neighborhood in Sao Paulo/SP had its layout and coating modified according to the ArGis Arquitetura project.

SANTOS
MCDI delivered to Cobasi a store with more than 2,000 m² of built area in 60 working days. This was the first unit of the group in the city of Santos/SP and followed the project of Studio R Arquitetura, in which electrical, hydraulic, air conditioning and coating installations were made.

TATUAPE
In the neighborhood of Tatuapé in São Paulo/SP, the work with 2,765 m² of the built area of the store was delivered by MCDI in 90 days. With the design of ArGis Arquitetura, coatings were applied, and electrical, hydraulic, and air conditioning installations were carried out.
