MCDI is responsible for the expansion and renovation work in the early childhood education area of Colégio Santa Cruz, one of São Paulo’s most traditional and respected educational institutions. The expansion work covers approximately 1,150 m² and the renovation of the existing building has a surface area of ​​approximately 1,120 m². This is a significant undertaking aimed at continuously innovating and achieving excellence by modernizing and expanding facilities to meet evolving pedagogical needs.

The scope of work includes demolitions, foundations, concrete and metallic structures, electrical and hydraulic installations, and the creation of a new layout for classrooms, meeting rooms, and art and music spaces. It also encompasses roofing, waterproofing, general finishes, elevator installation, painting, and accessibility adaptations. This project presents a significant challenge for MCDI, which is applying its expertise to ensure the quality of delivery within a tight construction schedule.

Considering the school’s continuous operation, safety is a top priority. MCDI implements rigorous access control for employees and subcontractors, ensuring all construction activities proceed without incidents and with maximum protection for students and staff.
