With a project by Basto Penteado Arquitetura, MCDI carried out the construction of the logistics warehouse of 639 m² of built area, with 2 floors, located in the city of Aruja/SP for the client Dellapar, from the industry business segment.

With an excavated pile foundation, structure with precast elements, high-strength industrial floor, and roof with thermoacoustic materials to provide a more comfortable environment, MCDI carried out the construction of the building in 4 months of work.
