Located in the neighborhood of Vila Mariana in Sao Paulo/SP, ETAPA group is a recurring client of MCDI, being hired in the works of the renovation of ESEG (group college), the ground floor facade and buildings C3 and D2 of ETAPA’s high school.

ESEG
Rapid work was carried out in 49 days with the delivery of the layout, replacement of finishes, and renovation of air conditioning facilities in a total area of 770 m².

GROUND FACADE
Execution of a Retrofit of 625 m² where the sidewalk, the entrance to the building, and the ground facade were revitalized in 2 months of work.

BUILDINGS C3 AND D2
MCDI performed the Retrofit of areas C3 and D2, where the internal coatings, frames, and electrical and hydraulic installations were replaced by new ones according to the Design and Planning Dimension project. 774 m² were renovated, including the Teachers’ Rooms, Studies, Robotics, Music Room, and Living Area.
