MCDI is responsible for the construction of the Sabino development, located at Rua Alves Guimarães, 1.322, in Pinheiros. This single-tower building, with 32 floors, features 33 residential units, offering options for 2 or 3 parking spaces and private storage rooms. The architectural and interior designs were conceived by MOS, while the landscaping was done by Soma Arquitetos.

With expertise in management and construction, MCDI leads the work to a high-quality conclusion that encompasses all finishes, including internal and external coatings, electrical and hydraulic systems, and complete painting.
