Santa Clara Eco Resort, located in the city of Dourado/SP, is the second hotel development done by MCDI for the Clara Resorts group. With the project of Studio DWG, this work involved the execution of 3,400 m² of built area referring to the expansion of accommodation with the new building of Vila do Lago 2, as well as 1,600 m² of built area in retrofit with the expansion of the new administrative headquarters of the resort.

Living areas, restaurants, and 34 hotel units were delivered, including 30 Type Suites, 2 Special Suites and 2 Presidential Suites.

The work of this resort was strategically designed to be delivered in a timely manner so that Clara Resorts could dispose of the units for reservations in the high demand of the holidays, totaling 9 months of work.
