MCDI is the construction company responsible for the execution of the Nano Itaim project, located at Rua Tapinas, 25, in Itaim Bibi, one of the most prestigious addresses in São Paulo. Designed by the FGMF architectural firm, the project stands out for its bold and original architecture, characterized by precise construction details and a ventilated facade, establishing the building as a unique design benchmark in the region.

The development follows a boutique concept, featuring a single tower with 27 residential units. The floor plans are varied, offering options of 22.44m², 25.82m², 27.96m², 36.99m², 48.24m², and 50.40m², distributed among studios and 1 or 2-bedroom apartments. With expertise in high-complexity projects, MCDI is executing this work, which is situated in an area undergoing rapid urban renewal.
